Is the ¥1,599 tip-based?
No. F48 is a fixed Concierge pack. Tips belong on the separate Citywalk only.
Where do we meet?
PVG T2 Arrivals (or your confirmed terminal) — look for DOWNTOUCH · [SURNAME]. Host is 30 min early; you’ll get a T-24h meet card with Chinese hotel address.
Do you use black cars?
No. Official transport only (DiDi / licensed car / hotel car / Maglev+metro). We refuse unlicensed offers in the hall.
What if Alipay fails at the store?
We note it, finish the small test if possible, and you call 95188 later from the hotel — not in the arrivals scrum.
Can I add a Citywalk after F48?
Yes. Same WhatsApp thread. Public tip-based (~2.5–3h), or ask for a private fixed quote. Airport meet won’t be re-sold if you already have F48.
